C\u2019est un poisson qui pr\u00e9f\u00e8re les eaux calmes, plut\u00f4t en profondeur, mais parfois en bordure sur des zones enherb\u00e9es aux beaux jours, prioritairement dans des milieux \u00e0 fond vaseux.
